Summary
Ellen Goodman, the author of
“Don’t Share Your Life with Me,” describes the people who talk on the cellphone
in public from her experience. In past days, she
writes, conversation was private, but now it has become public. Moreover, when
one talks on the cellphone in public, one doesn’t care about others as if they
are invisible. Such a person let others know own information or feelings. The
author supposes that is rude, so the author is against talking on cellphones in
public.

I agree with this
idea because people who are talking on cellphones don’t care what is around
them, as the author mentions. In addition, letting strangers know personal information
can be unsafe because if people hear the address or phone number from
conversation on the cellphone, they know where the phone caller lives in or
